2. Products

We describe products as accurately as reasonably possible. Product photographs are illustrative, and minor differences in colour or appearance may result from lighting, display settings or production updates.

3. Orders

Submitting the website form is an order request, not automatic acceptance. A contract is formed only when we expressly confirm acceptance. We may decline an incomplete order, an order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, or an order we cannot fulfil because stock is unavailable.

4. Price and payment

The advertised price for the Regent Automatic 1952 is £139. Any applicable VAT treatment must match the seller's actual UK VAT status. Payment instructions are supplied after the order is confirmed. We do not intentionally store full payment-card data on this website.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made using tracked services. Estimated delivery times are shown on the Shipping Information page and are not guaranteed where delays are outside our reasonable control.

6. Cancellation and returns

Eligible consumers may have a 14-day right to cancel distance purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Details are set out in the Returns & Refunds policy.

7. Consumer rights and warranty

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Any commercial warranty offered by HARRINGTON & VALE is additional to those statutory rights.

8. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when an order is placed will normally apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the relevant part of the United Kingdom. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and court rights that apply where they live.
