Processing time

Confirmed orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days. Orders confirmed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery

• United Kingdom: normally 2–5 working days after dispatch
• Europe: normally 4–8 working days
• Rest of world: normally 7–15 working days

Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, customs controls, adverse weather and other events outside our reasonable control.

Delivery charges

Tracked UK delivery is included in the advertised price of £139. Any international shipping charge is shown or confirmed before an order is accepted.

Customers outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for import duties, taxes and local handling charges imposed by the destination country.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery
